Annual Appeal
  • Provide consulting services to help draft campaign themes and write the Bishop and Pastor letters.
  • Create a database of parishioner addresses that has been validated using USPS approved software.
  • Send a letter from the Bishop outlining the appeal.
  • The Bishop's letter is individually addressed and sent in a closed faced, (i.e. non-window) envelope.
  • Pledge cards are personalized by thanking parishioners with the exact amount of their previous gift and asking for a specific new gift.
  • Thank-you letters are promptly sent to all those who respond.
  • Non-respondents receive a second letter, from their Pastor on individual parish stationary.
  • Throughout the campaign parishioner addresses are updated in the address database.
  • Pledges, in the form of checks, credit cards, cash, etc. are processed: bank deposits are made and parishioner giving levels are recorded in the database.
  • Regular reports are generated that compare giving levels with campaign goals.
