Elizabeth Rousseau, Director of Human Resources
Joining Letter Concepts in 2010, Elizabeth has over 20 years of experience in office management and manages all personnel responsibilities for Letter Concepts staff. She maintains employee relations and helps to implement inter-office policies and programs. Also a licensed insurance professional, she coordinates and administers all insurance and benefits needs for the company.
Inna Kogan, Finance Manager
Inna joined our team in 2017, having almost 20 years of experience in the accounting field. She brings with her a level of expertise ranging from business management, financial planning and general bookkeeping to working as a Controller. She is responsible for all of our invoicing, accounts payables and receivables, as well as our payroll.
James Clarke, Director of IT, Network & Computer Services
James joined Letter Concepts on a full-time basis in 2007, after serving Letter Concepts from 2003-2007 as a part-time data consultant. Over the past ten years James has rebuilt the Letter Concepts network infrastructure with the company’s continued growth in mind.
Dylan Barrett, Director of Data Research & Development
Dylan joined Letter Concepts in August 2013. A graduate of the University of Connecticut, Dylan brings almost a decade of experience in software design and development to the company. In addition to creating and maintaining Letter Concept’s pledge processing systems and reports, Dylan’s department strives to improve processes throughout the entire company. Dylan believes that well designed software can have a major impact on the success of both Letter Concepts and its clients.
Carolyn Drew, Data Processing Supervisor
Carolyn joined Letter Concepts in 2002. As Supervisor of Data Processing Services, she manages the data processing team, developing standard operating procedures to ensure that each account is processed efficiently and accurately meeting the needs of our clients. Carolyn’s strong work ethic, attention to detail and technical expertise are a few of her strengths that help ensure that the processing of over one million entries annually is completed timely and accurately.
Matt Walcott, Data Analyst Manager
Matt joined the team at Letter Concepts in 2016. He has worked extensively as a technology auditor specializing in data analytics. He brings exceptional communication and meticulous organizational skills that ultimately lead to met deadlines, managed expectations and precision reporting. The department goes above and beyond to provide clients with campaign statistics and feedback, allowing for greater success.
Divya Garg, Data Programming Supervisor
Divya joined Letter Concepts in 2014. A graduate of Quinnipiac University with a Masters in Information Systems (MIS). She started out as a part time Data Processor at Letter Concepts and progressively worked her way to Data Programming Supervisor. She oversees the Data Programming department, ensuring that all client requirements are met in a timely and accurate manner. Divya also leads the training efforts for new hires in Letter Concept’s data programming department.
Joann Giambalvo, Creative Director & Art Coordinator
Joann joined Letter Concepts in 2016, and brings with her more than 20 years of experience as a Graphic Designer and Art Director. Specializing in branding and identity for corporate and nonprofit communications, she has been dedicating her talent to the Catholic Church and religious orders since 2008, to help their fundraising efforts. Several of her recent designs for our client campaigns have earned awards from ICSC, International Catholic Stewardship Council.

T.J. joined Letter Concepts in June of 2017. A graduate from the University of Connecticut, having been a lifelong member of the Letter Concepts family, T.J. brings hands on experience, having assisted in every department through his high school and college years. T.J. is a natural born salesman having the energy and enthusiasm for success with the desire to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Amanda Loubier, Account Manager
Amanda Loubier joined Letter Concepts in 2013 as an Account Manager. Amanda is a 2008 graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, New Haven, CT. Amanda is driven to provide outstanding service to our clients. You can expect timely responses with professionalism, courtesy and experience. Amanda also serves as an Account Manager to multiple dioceses also leading and coordinating our Parish Campaigns Program.
